Maksudur Rahman, 49 years, stout figure, has been trained in a number of executive leadership workshops and brings extensive experience in strengthening government tools, strategic planning, outcomes assessment, resources allocation, personnel management, diversity recruitment, technology integration, branding/marketing. He has a successful track record to advise a number of business concern and has an extensive working experience in various sector of the country.

A successful entrepreneur who has a keen interest to work for the children of Dhaka city. In his recent activities he is running an amusement park at Dhaka city where all ages find their destination of recreation. He has successfully indentified the required sector for the city dwellers to establish a park of that kind and profitably running the concern for 4 years.
MBA from Southeast University and Post Graduation in International Relations from Dhaka University.
Maksudur Rahman has had a long-standing, passionate commitment to work for the distressed people through his NGO BHAROSA, This interest began in his years as a Military Officer while working with United Nations Peace Keeping Mission in number of places of the world and during in aid of Civil Power to help the country men during Flood and Cyclone.
Since becoming a high official in the Fight of Corruption in his country he has intensified this devotion by conceiving and successfully implementing legal aspects of Anti Corruption Commission. He has number of publication and awards as a writer too. During his military career he had been an instructor in number of institution.
He has been able to organize and energize members community group to fight corruption in different 140 places of the country.
With a foundation in military leadership, I bring to the table a unique blend of experience, equipping me with the skills to navigate complexity, make decisive decisions under pressure, and inspire those around me to surpass their own expectations.
